Funds required for Express Entry.

Hi Folks,

Need quick clarification, I am planning to submit my profile from India and primary applicant will be my wife.

Will my(dependent) provident fund amount can be shown as required funds?

Else what can be the best option you suggest ?
Currently we don't ~$16000 have cash.
