Hi Leon and other experts,

I will be landing Canada in a week as principal applicant first and rest of the family members would follow in a month. My questions are

Should I carry funds for the whole family with me or just for myself when I land.
If it is for the whole family , do rest of the family need to show funds again when they are landing.
I have u.s visa stamped on my passport with valid I94, If I stay in Canada for a week and enter U.S again, would U.S immigration issue me a new I.94 or they would let me in with the old I 94.
I have funds in Bank of America business checking account and I have latest bank statement of it, would this be enough proof of funds.
I have a company financed car which I would drive to Canada and come back to U.S, if financing bank does not have any issues with border crossing, is there anything else I should carry with me while border crossing.

Thanks a lot

* You need not carry funds with you. You just need to carry only how much you need for the landing visit. You need to show the proof of funds as required for the whole family like bank statements.

I have u.s visa stamped on my passport with valid I94, If I stay in Canada for a week and enter U.S again, would U.S immigration issue me a new I.94 or they would let me in with the old I 94.* If you go back within 30 days you can return with exsisting I-94

I have funds in Bank of America business checking account and I have latest bank statement of it, would this be enough proof of funds.
* Yes

I have a company financed car which I would drive to Canada and come back to U.S, if financing bank does not have any issues with border crossing,
* I don't see a problem. But I have seen different opnions on this. I used a rental care to to in safe side.

is there anything else I should carry with me while border crossing.
* Your approval letter should list all you need to carry.
When I landed I had
1. Passport
2. Landing documents sent by Canadian consulate.
3. Proof of funds (Bank check and statements)
4. Customs make two copies of each of the following lists. List of items coming now and following. (For each item if possible take the serial number or picture. If you are bringing a car later take a copy of the title. VIN will not do)
5. An address in Canada.

All education, medical, employment and other records are not asked for my case. But I had all of them organized neatly, In Case.

The principal applicant must show funds for the family. When the family lands, they do not have to show funds.
