Funds needed for Express Entry application (In Canada applicant)

Hi

I am in Canada right now. I have completed 2 years of studies in Canada. In my home country, I did Masters and also did a one year job (NOC B). My IELTS score reflects CLB 8. I am currently doing a full-time job in Canada (NOC C). As of now, my CRS is well above the last few cut-offs and I wish to go for EE. I am single/never married.

Do I need to show funds in my account?

If yes, then how much?

You need to show POF unless you are a CEC applicant (which you wouldn't be if you are working in skill type C) or if you have a valid job offer (which again, you cannot have while working on a C level job).

OK. Last question: Do I need to maintain this amount for 6 months? or less than 6 months (say for 3 months) is OK before I get ITA?

No such requirement but if they are any lump sum amounts deposited to meet those funds then you should have proof of where those funds came from.
