I have a question and wondered whether you could help me

I have assets totaling over the minimum required amount but not liquid funds in my bank account. So I cant send the application with proof, Obviously I would sell these assets car etc... before moving to Canada so I will have the cash ready.
I cant sell everything and wait 12-18 months for my application to be approved.

What should I do?

You are supposed to have the money liquid and unencumbered.

I'm not an expert, but I have seen it suggested that there are exceptions - specifically that London VO might accept evidence of house value if you declared that you are selling up. You might want to search the forum to read up on that.

I guess it would be the kind of thing where you document to the best of your ability and then pray.

Many of us has similar situations. You should have attached proof of property, car & letter by your employer stating - salary, package, funds and tax paid during the last year.
Normally it works.
