Funds for Study Permit

Hi All,

I want to apply for a 2 year program in Canada. However, my main issue is the funds. The total cost for the program I want to apply for is 22 000 CAD. Since I already got that money, my main concern is the personal funds. Do I need to show to the visa officer that I have 10 000 CAD for personal funds or they would want me to have 20 000 CAD for two years since this is a two year program and it is estimated that 10 000 CAD are for one person per year?
