I am currently in Canada and the last step in my application was the doing the medical test, I am awaiting Passport Request and expect to get it in the coming months, do I have to have the funds available in my bank account here in Canada or is it OK to show them funds that I have in my account back in my country? Is it OK to put the funds in Canadian account in business, or do I keep them fro immigration purposes only till I get my PR card?

Once you can show liquid funds for the correct amount everything should be OK
