Full Time Work under CEC

Hello!

I currently work with Greater Victoria School District and 28hrs is considered full time, because the school is only opened from 9-3pm

My Job is continuous and indefinite. Just wondering if the 28 hours would hinder me from getting an ITA under the CEC.

Rules are clear unfortunately full time is 30 hours or more else you need to qualify under the part time rules/ calculation so will take slightly longer to get to the minimum time/hours.

Hmm! I have been working with the district since 2016 and I started out on call doing 33 hrs, then just get hired in a continuous position this February with 28hrs.
