Full Time Job Before Graduation - Chances Of PR?

Well, I'm an international student here.. I got a full time job in a reputed company (it's not a coop position) . I'm right now working, and i haven't graduated yet.

My employer is willing to give me full time job, and will i be able to apply for PR with my current job before graduation? If i get an LMO and all necessary stuffs from my employer?

Bachelors In Informations Systems Security, And i do have a 3 year Diploma In Computer Science which i did back in India. I got this job with that qualification.

So I'm asking whether i can stick with my current job and find ways to apply for PR.
