Full member of ACCA to apply for CPA

Hello. I`m a full member of ACCA and also member of (CA australia.Newzealand by MRA). I`m planning to migrate to Canada and would liek to know if I can still use the MRA between ACCA and CPA. From the requirements I note that i need a degree as well. Can ACCA be assessed as a bachelor degree be acceptable.

MRA between ACCA and CPA Canada expired. You have to go through normal route.
