Well, I am still waiting. It´s been 10 weeks I have submitted full documents and have not heard from them.
Mi Client Application Status still the same. It does not show received yet. However, as I said before, THEY DID RECEIVED MY DOCUMENTS BECAUSE I DROP OFF DOCS MYSELF.

WHAT CAN I SAY? I GUESS I NEED TO BE PATIENCE...

I need your advise whether I should proceed with the applocation.

I got an approval from NS on 4th march

Education - Post Graduate in business Management ( PGDBM )
Age 28
Work ex - 5 + years
IELTS - L - 7.5 R - 6 W - 6.5 -S - 7
Spouse education is less than 10 years

I have attempted IELTS 4 times and got 6.5 band in reading twice but last attempt I got suffiiceint in rest of the module except reading....

Shall I go with the all the TRF explaining the situation...I am running out of time...

Posting reply of my enquiry from CHC london for info of those waiting for 2nd AOR<

This was Request (21-05-2010): I have sent my full documents to CHC London as advised by Nova Scotia and it was received on 29th April, 2010 but still did not received any 2nd AOR.

Reply from CHC London (04-06-2010):
Thank you for your enquiry.
Our office is currently receiving a high volume of applications and it can take several days for a file to be created in our office and to appear in our electronic records or for documents to be attached to an existing file. We cannot confirm or deny the existence of an application in our records at this time as you only submitted your documents very recently.

Hi Every one i would like to join your forum , I received my 2nd AOR from buffalo office, the letter has a stamp of 8 th April 2010.
Does anybody have any idea how much time is it gone take from here. My online status says documents received by Visa Office.

future, when did u see ur status changed to "in process"? i saw mine june 7, 2010 but it says they started processing may 24, 2010.. hope we get medical soon
