I got my 2nd AOR Nov 2010 and no news so far, except the change in Ecas to 'In process' in May 2011.

Hi Nilesh,

I just send reminder to CHC london.. and my consultant ask us to submit the original Present place experience letter also as now a days they are preferring original instead of the attested copies!!!

and could you please share what is in the detail of the Inproceess link you see in the e-cas??
does it have any sentence saying "we started processing your application on .... !!" ??

Thanks aram_golbagh.... On Display its showing in Process while inside is the same as before .. but at least display changed!! I was sick looking at ma previous status!!!!!!!! hehheeh

Me and my family in UK now under Skilled Visa category.

I got medical in june at my Indian address, Unfortunately I could not complete within stipulated time because my dependent visa was under process and I was in UK.

Now my family is with me in UK and I want to further process with an application, However we have missed the deadline.

Please help me.......wt to do now ???

hey,my e-cas shows In-Process with RBVO details since 19th july'11...........
I applied in jan'10 and sent full documents to SVO in june'10..........!!

now average time for NDVO is 15 month for pre june applicants......



it means some application will be process within 8 month and some takes 2 year to process......means avg. 15 month.....so time line is according to the case....more inquiry needed for case more time will it take....

if the case is straight..means..sufficient docs. is provided then it will take near 1 year(my view)....

another view is that soon they will again increase avg. time

I also sent email to visa office yesterday. waiting their reply

There is a sentence which say '' if the application is in normal processing time we will not reply to your request ''

it seems that if you didn't get any reply it is okey the file is on its normal processing time just needs to wait.

I will not worry if I will not get any reply because they already mentioned that it is in normal processing time.

I had sent case specific query to CHC ND in May but got no response from them....
