I think if u r able to prove the recognition of the institute in which u r working then the case is strong. In support of that u may produce certificate of recognition or may quote the site address in which they can check online or other modes or addresses where they can find the recognition of like institutes etc.

Regarding ur eligibility as instructor u hav to again check ur job duties

Between June 26, 2010, and June 30, 2011, a maximum of 20,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing. Within the 20,000 cap, a maximum of 1,000 Federal Skilled Worker applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing within this same time frame.
These limits do not apply to applications with an offer of arranged employment (job offer).

Hi every1!
Collected my PP and CPR from my agent yesterday.... dont have words to describe what I felt. Visa was stamped on 28.10.2010, and received at my agent's office on 4th Nov. E-cas changed to decision made on 3rd Nov. Also, all our original documents and exp letters were sent with the package by the CHC. Sweet success after my 5 yr long wait. Have submitted the letter for withdrawal of old file, and refund of VPF also. Will take 12 weeks max it seems.
Planning to fly in Feb end only, dont want to land with my kid in peak winter, but have started preparations already.
Thanks to all the thread members who helped me stay optimistic. By sharing our stress and fears with others, we only emerge stronger to face our problems, and more importantly to endure this long waiting at every stage patiently and with hope and faith.
