The dependence on File transfer date is seen in April and May thread. Tarak has created a new thread that is looking at this aspect. In coming two weeks the situation will be absolutly clear, I hope

according to some april/may applicant, the FILE TRANSFER DATE is very important date. this date is given in your online e-cas statement.
according to that guy CHC is bound and obliged to complete all the cases in a max of 9 months, starting from THE FILE TRANSFER DATE.
calculate accordingly
