FULL Approval

Hello.
I am wondering when I should receive a full approval if
1. The application was submitted on 24 May 2020.
2. Biometrics was done on 31 May 2020.
3. The time processing on the IRCC website says 11 weeks (it always says 11 weeks), whilst it has been more than 13.
4. AIP was received on 13 August.

I applied online from Israel.
I need to come to Canada since my program requires my presence to fulfill research and TA duties in the Biochemistry PhD program.

My approval was also granted on 13 August and i think once they are done with this aip thing they will issue full approval in October

Even if they grant you full approval, you cannot enter Canada due to travel restrictions and that possibility may even extend up to next year.

My presence in Canada is essential for my PhD program, thus I will be able to enter Canada. I need to engage in research and fulfill my TA duties.

Even if they grant you full approval, you cannot enter Canada due to travel restrictions and that possibility may even extend up to next year.

But, atleast you'll be having a 100% guarantee that you can start your online classes carefreely at your own home country and you can travel to Canada when the travel restrictions are lifted. Instead of staying with this uncertainty.

Do you have a study permit approved on or before March 18th? Or are u a student from the US?
