Actually, I completed my medicals on 29-May-15 and TLU was updated on 06-Jun-15, however my PCC, RPRF and passport copies were submitted to Warsaw VO as hard copies on 29-Jun-15. Also, there is no acknowledgement of the receipt of my documents although courier tracking details shows that it was received on 29-Jun-15 ; however looking at the working style of Warsaw VO, I am worried if they might have lost or misplaced my documents...

Please advise.

Same here chirag..My TLU updated on 23rd June but no acknowledgement from warsaw...do they send any mail regarding RPRF and PCC acknowledgement ??

I will include your name in tomorrow morning's updated table.

I had also the same fear of my physical documents being misplaced or lost. So I had sent them scanned copy of each documents along with copy of UPS receipt through which physical documents were delivered.
At least we have record that their requirement has been met with within time.

I am quite frustrated with the working style of Warsaw. Its been 2 months since Medicals and Visa is valid only till one year from Medicals.

But what about 30 days timeframe ? I got my MR on 28th May n my RPRF receipt and PCC reached warsaw on 23rd June
mailing copies now should not create any confusion in my file

WVO asked me the copy of all the accompanying passports and to pay the RPRF fees which I duly paid.

I sent all the documents via email for which I got the delivery report from Warsaw office that I have posted below.

To be on the safer side, I sent the documents via courier as well for which I have a Proof of Delivery from their staff.

What my belief is that if your documents have already reached to the proper location (which I think they are), then it should be just fine because documents have already reached. And If your documents have not reached to the proper location (which I do not think they are), sending mail will make things good.

I have read some threads and replies that when 30 days Timeframe is not sufficient, you may always contact VO for extension and VO extends this time for further 30 days without exception. But this is the ONLY extension available, I guess.

So you may write in the body of e-mail that you had already sent the documents through courier, which were duly delivered to Embassy.

Dear chiragkdave,

There are lots of many things to be worried in the world. Don't stress yourself with the delivery of docs as you have the proof of delivery. They never send acknowledgement for the courier received by them. Just chill. In my opinion there was no harm in sending scanned copies as well. They need either of two except in the case of docs which need to be send in original e.g. PCC. For each email / cse sent you will receive acknowledgement but for hard copies NO. Don't worry dude. Wait and :-\ for PPR.
