Hi,

I am new to this discussion.

I have applied for FSWP along with my spouse.

My application was received on 3rd Oct 2014.

I received the File number on 14th Jan 2015

Application was moved to Warsaw, Poland with confirmation email on 24th Feb 2015

There is no email from Warsaw for the medicals yet.

As per the process time for Delhi visa office, the average time ( for 80% of the cases) to process the application is 12 months only - Updated.
Whereas for Warsaw it is over 30 months!!

We were expecting process to be much faster, but is it due to 30 months processing time, it may take another 2 years for processing my application?

Can somebody suggest?

Hi Arjun..you and me share the same time line except for the fact that i have recieved MR and my third line also is updates..rest of the dates are exactly same..WVO currently seems to holding back lot of updates due reason not known to anybosy...has your second line updated..and if yes then probably you can write to them for the status of your file.

I did contacted Warsaw office and received a reply stating that my application is under review and they will contact us once they are in a position to further communicate.

I am concerned whether at this time the case can be rejected too under certain grounds?

I did contacted Warsaw office and received a reply stating that my application is under review and they will contact us once they are in a position to further communicate.

there are two things..

Pls check if the second line is updated in your case...it should say we started processing your file on XXXXXXX...
also have you applied through your consultant or yourself...i had a terrible exp as my AOR mail was not sent to me for almost 2 months citing it was irrelevant...if it is consultant email id then tell him to check his mails very carefully..you should have got MR by htis time..

unfortunately yes there are chances of rejection but very less...

Suresh - Had you submitted your PCC with your application or with the medical receipt?

Have you sent you Medical Receipt the additional documents by Email or Courier or both?

I had sent my PCC initially. Also, after medical, i only sent my passport copy pages and DD payment cheque. After uploading the medicals, the hospital sent me a confirmation of medical upload and i forwarded the report to warsaw.
Also guys, due to recent earthquake, CIC had facilitated priority processing to Nepalese applicants. Anyway, PPR is incoming for all of you! Best of luck!

Yes my second line since April ''We received your application for permanent residence on October 3, 2014.
We started processing your application on April 16, 2015.''

It was applied by us. We were worrying whether we missed the mail in Junk, therefore we contacted them, henceforth received the reply stating its still under review.

I wonder its been 2.5 months already since second line and analyzing the data of other members of the forum, we should have received the medical email by May. Are there any members who had the similar timeline but haven't received the medical mail?

Probably not with the same timeline but there are many who are around your Second line update who are waiting for MR...
