Can anyone give detail about name of the beneficiary we have to put in bank draft for paying Right of Permanent Resident Fee to New Delhi Visa office. I have to pay that fee and confused about name of beneficiary ... Urgent suggestion from all is expected..Thank you

Do you get forms for both principal applicant & spouse or only one form??

I'm a little confused. Both the principal applicants & the spouse have to give medical tests right? I am asking because I received only 1 form!!
Should i mail them & ask them for second form?

Me in the same boat.Just see I have the same timeline/NOC even no SLU but I am not worried because CIC working pattern is like this. I know we will get our MR very soon. All the best to everybody.
