FSWP - FROM INDIA - PCC - MULTIPLE CITIES / COUNTRY

Hi Everyone ,

I have a query regarding Police clearance certificate from India.

Since 18 Years of my age , I stayed in one city 6 years (hometown) - vadodara and in second city for another 6 years ( work city) - Pune

In between I also stayed in USA for 7 months on student visa.

My question is :
1) do I need to obtain a PCC for both address in india ( a police station in Vadodara and a police station in Pune ) ? Currently I am in Pune for last 6 years. Or I can just obtain one from my hometown which will be easy as my passport has that address.

2 ) do I need to obtain a PCC from USA as well as I stayed more than 6 months. I.e. 7 months.
Any one can help me how we can get PCC for indians from USA when we are not in USA.

Get India PCC from your passport office.

For India, apply through Passport office. Much simpler than running around SP offices.

For USA, you need to apply through FBI. There is a complete process wherein you need to get fingerprints on the form (on their website), attest it by local law enforcement and courier the same along with a check (in USD). It takes upto 2 months for them to respond.

Hello friends from india ......

I have obtained pcc from two location i:e from haryana & punjab .
My query is that my pcc at haryana is not matching for 1 year corresponding to address mention in fswp forms . Will this create problem??

I could not receive because landlord at one location is missing.

I have aleeady received mail from cic to submit pccc witjin 45 days
