FSWP and EE confusion. What do I do?

Hi, this may sound silly, but I'm clueless and need some guidance.

So I qualify for the FSWP with 80/100 points but am falling short on my EE score which is currently 470-480. The latest cutoff was 515, I believe. I've read that FSWP comes under EE, so even if I am eligible for FSWP but need to increase my cutoff for EE, does this mean I won't receive an ITA? How does this work?

No. The last draw at 514 was a Canadian experience draw. The last general draw (FSW) was 529. So you will not get ITA unless over 500 or you know French, in trades or maybe IT.
