I am getting my master's (my highest degree) at the end of the year from a Canadian university in Ontario.
Immediately after that, I will be registering at the Express Entry website.
Do I understand correctly that I will be considered "educated in Canada" based on the fact that my highest degree has been obtained within Canada?
If so, do I understand correctly that I will not have to undergo the ECA process for my bachelor's degree obtained overseas?
It would be nice to get a confirmation about this.
