Hi All,
I am working in Toronto, Canada and my visa office is New Delhi.
I filed PR under Federal skilled worker catagory. I have more then 1yr of experience. But Visa officer rejected my file.
In my employment letter it is clearly mentioned that my job is permanent. My company filed my LMO last year and now I have closed work permit of two years until 27th November, 2013. Here are the details that is provided by my company in employment letter:

"Neha Arora has been a permanent employee with ******** (Company's name) since January 10,2011. Currently, Neha assumes the full time position of a Programmer Analyst 2 (Information System Testing Technician) NOC # 2283 as per Neha's LMO confirmation letter, earning a gross income of $44000 per annum plus benefits.
Neha's standard work week is 40 hours
And they also mentioned my job duties in my employment letter
".

But I received a rejection letter from CIC and they gave me this explaination:
"You have indicated that you have a arranged employment, however the letter you provided does not indicate that your employer is willing to offer you indeterminate employment should you receive permanent residence in Canada. Your Labour Market Opinion indicates that the duration of your two years. At this time I am not satisfied that you have Arranged Employment. As such, your application is not eligible to be processed"

I don't know why this Visa officer rejected my file as it is clearly mentioned on my employment letter that this position is permanent not a two years contract.

So I talked to my employer and he is ready to give me new employment letter with all information needed which is below:
"This letter is to confirm that Neha Arora has been a permanent employee with ******(Company's name) since January 10,2011. There is no two year period limit on his employment, his permanent position will continue after he gets his Permanent Residence in Canada. Currently, Neha assumes the full time position of a Programmer Analyst 2 (Information System Testing Technician) NOC # 2283 as per Neha's LMO confirmation letter, earning a gross income of $44000 per annum plus benefits.
Neha’s standard work week is 40 hours.
Neha’s main job duties are following:
"

Is it possible to push Visa office to reconsider my case?

If yes then please provide me information how to contact them and send them new employment letter so that they will reconsider my case.

And also please advice me if I need to add more details in my new employment letter.
I am very tensed... Please help me :(

It is very unfortunate!
you might have received email for PER and AOR which may have the name of VO, you may rush to apply for GCMS notes to know details documented by VO in their system. Go to any lawyer and he will apply for reassessment, you may want to call CIC call center to ask for procedure and time limit with in which you can apply. It seems like a big blunder mistake by stupid VO who did that or otherwise may be they called someone in you office for verification and got a negative answer for "Indeterminate job offer". You must have to make sure that your offer must say it is indeterminate in tenure.

keep us posted. Best of Luck
