what are the chances of acceptance in NOC 2174 if applied by 15th of november.
i have done b.tech (CSE) with 3.6 years of work exp. and ILETS score 7.5 overall

Zero chance. CIC has already accepted around 800 applications and they are still only processing applications received mid June.
