FSW work experience calculation confusion

So i have one year of continuous work experience on my PGWP, however i also have 24 months of coop experience when i was a full time student. For FSW eligibility, I can use my 1 year of continuous work experience while on a PGWP, but how much total work experience in canada would i have? 1 year (while on PGWP) or 3 years (coop + PGWP). I am asking this strictly from FSW perspective and not CEC.
