Hi, I applied for my FSW in July 2005, then received this backlog pilot project for SINP sometime in March 2012, submitted my package in June 2012 then received my SINP file number in July 2012. Up to now I have not heard or received any update. Please if anyone is in the same situation or have submitted their FSW SINP backlog pilot this same month as I did or this year, pls give update on your status. I applied through a consultant here in Manila and I believe he is the one to be contacted by SINP for any update.
Another question, has anyone did this FSW SINP w/ backlog pilot and at the same time joined the class lawsuit of Cohen? I actually did not since my consultant told me that I was one of those selected to apply for SINP out of the FSW backlog applicants before Feb 2008.. Lastly I submitted by application without a validated Job Offer, it is quite impossible to get one since the processing alone for the employer to get the job offer validation will not even meet the deadline of the applicant to submit the SINP. The letter indicated a deadline for submission and applying online alone will take sometime before you could even get a response from an Employer, and in my understanding thats a pilot project and a job offer is excempted since we are part of the FSW backlog and was chosen based on skills level.. What happens to our regular FSW filed with CIC, is this really considered a closed file?
Please post your status and experiences as an FSW SINP backlog pilot. Many thanks!
