fsw submitting office

HI,

I am currently in usa for more than a year.
and would like to sumit my FSW application.
Could any suggest where to submit the application i am little confused on if I had to submit to new delhi office or , nova scotia cic or to the office in ottowa.

Your application needs to be sent to Sydney, Nova Scotia.

On your generic application, you must mention the visa office you want them to forward your application to, after initial review.
