Hey guys,

I have a bit of an interesting case and a question that doesn't let me sleep and I would love for someone to help me out. I am applying for express entry under federal skilled worker.

Short story - I've been working outside of Canada for a Canadian company as an independent consultant for 3 years. So technically I am self employed (though I could argue against it, but don't see the need yet). I have the reference letter, which does not state the hours, but says that I have worked full-time and the rest just as CIC wants it, I have all of the invoices, can show PayPal statement showing the payments (yes I was paid through PayPal as it is cheaper that way) and an agreement with the company.

My question is, is this going to be enough to prove my work experience outside of Canada? I don't have a certificate of incorporation as I didn't register myself as a company and don't have tax documents as I never kept them.

Thank you for your help! :)
