I have created my EE profile and am eligible for FSW category. I have several questions that I need help with some of which may be too naive for veterans here and I am sorry for that. Please consider answering each point, and any links validating your advise would be great. Thanks.
1. Although I have a full-time job since last two months here in Canada under PGWP, since I believed that it doesn't count as LMIA exempt I answered that I do not have "a valid job offer" and "I have no work experience in Canada".
2. Does the work experience outside Canada have to be "continuous" (would 1 yr 6 months + 4 months + 2 months at different jobs count as single experience given all of the jobs were under NOC A category)?
3. a) Do we need actual physical work experience letters or just the scanned copy is enough? Given that the process is online, does CIC ask for physical copies at a later point?
3. b) If previous job experience only had one title that is similar to a NOC(2171) description but the job duties that were performed, spanned multiple job titles(within same NOC), is it advised to include job descriptions from multiple job titles(all under same NOC) in the experience letter?
4. Do we need Canadian background check if living in Canada for more than two years?
5. Is it required to sign up for job bank in order to get an ETA (note : the profile says requirements met for FSW although I haven't registered with job bank yet)?
