I was originally planning to apply for PR under CEC, but since they just removed 6 types of occupation. And my job is one of them, retail department supervisor.

So i'm looking at Federal Skilled Worker option right now for arranged employment. I've been working in retail as a supervisor (NOC B) for almost 2 years in Canada.

My questions are,
- What is the different between CEC and arranged employment of FSW, they seem to be the same.
- Do i have to ask my employer to get LMO? I'm currently under post-graduate work permit.
- For those 2 years of supervisor, i've switched to the new department less than a year ago. Does it have to be one full year with one position? (It's the same job title, just different department)

I really appreciate your help on this matter ;)

1. CEC doesn't require an approved LMO for permanent residence, which FSW2 does.
2. Yes, if you wanted to apply under FSW2 then your employer requires an approved LMO for permanent residence.
3. 1 year experience in a skilled position, it doesn't have to be in the same job.
