Good day, i am new in this forum, just want to seek info how will i start my application to Canada (thru FSW Programme). i heard lots of compalints if i will go through Consultancy/Agency. I want to do it by my self (just want to try my luck) 
im current working in Dubai (HR - Manager), graduated as a BS Information Technology(Philippines). can some one guide on this matter, i will really appreciate it by the way, all the application/procedure will be done in canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi or it can be done here in their Consulate in Dubai?
