No one has a crystal ball. CIC has indicated that it may change to the Expression Of Interest for skilled workers, similar to New Zealand and Australia. So you will have to wait until next April.

Aha. As long as there still is the program that is the good news. I am worried if they gonna shut it down again for couple more years. I am pretty familiar with NZ's immigration process and EOI is good piece in their process..OZ also followed it since last year. Thnx for the response. Next action for me would be IELTS.
