hi Fresno..... in my case i looked for a private assessor who is a DTI registered. He inspected the property made a report (with pictures, sketch plan etc) and 3 comparative sources of appraisal and lastly the final market value. If you have a property (under your name) but mortgaged.... wag mo na lang i declare. It should be a clean assets/properties. You should submit a certified true copy of Land properties from ROD (Blue color).
On the other other hand if you think it will just add hassle in your application, you might as well submit a bank certificate (liquidity). No, car, no land properties, NO Hassle.
