FSW or CEC

I have made EE profile under CEC (NOC O) , my husband is primary applicant and we are at 462 points (just missed the 453 draw by 10 days :'( )

Anyway, my question is, can we also apply under FSW as when I roughly calculated the points are around 70.

And if we are eligible, how do I apply for FSW in same EE profile ? or v have to make new profile for FSW ?

the system determines which routes you're eligible for and will decide which route you get your ITA under. If you're eligible for both you'll probably get it under FSW. No need for you to do anything else.
