"arrange and group the docs as if you were making a technical report.
group the docs in sections as they are enumerated in the list.
then you can place them in a plastic folder having a clear (see-thru) front bound with plastic fastener. if you can provide each section with a divider with tab to locate the first page in a section- it would facilitate the processor's work of locating docs.
you can place the docs in an appropriately-sized envelope with the flaps sealed with good quality tape. you can sign over the flap & tape area."

"DRESS YOUR DOCUMENTS TO IMPRESS THE VISA OFFICER"
mine, i bought a plastic envelope, strong enough to hold my documents.

All documents are separated and organized well...
example: EDUCATION
i sorted out all documents of my CLP and my documents, and put it together using a paperclip.

every folder has a title infront aside from the tabs in the side.
I made sure it is well taped, so it won't be removed...
I made it really clean and appealing to the eyes just to make sure even if the visa officer is already tired, he will still be interested looking and reviewing at my documents.

what else...
the real IMPORTANT THING is it must be
1) COMPLETE
2) AUTHENTIC
3) CLEAN

THAT'S ALL...
again don't forget to label it with your name, file number and address...
computerize everything, it's more formal than hand-written

They're not too fond on dividers, excessive paper clips and folders. Just keep it simple buddy. Arrange them in the order they ask for and put an elastic band around all supporting docs. That's what buffalo say in their hints section. Go to the visa office website ur submitting to and see if they have a handy hints link. God speed to ye. Tiocfaidh ar la

that's my own opinion though...

i believe, it's easier to find and check if it's organized and not just clipped all together.
anyway, we'll see how it'll go from there...

As long as it's complete and true and arranged as Kyle says u'll be fine. I did contemplate having Megan fox deliver mine from between her breasts but there was nothing on the buffalo website to say it was a good idea!
