FSW LMIA offer rescinded after ITA

Hi All,

I am a software engineer in India and got an offer from a reputed company with LMIA certification. I received an ITA last month for EE based on those extra 50 points but the company had to layoff employees and rescinded offer. My profile doesn't meet cutoff without those 50 points, what happens to my ITA now?

That sucks. Just out of curiosity, what happens if it happens at later stage of the process? Let's say after eAPR?
