Hi guys,

I am working in Canada as a postdoc, and struggling to create an EE profile.
I have a closed work permit (employer stated), LMIA exempted due to canadian interests reasons, and long contract. However, somehow I am losing 50 points from the job arrangement.

Can someone please review my answers and tell me what I did wrong?
Thank you!

Because you haven't worked for your employer for a year.

Because you haven't worked for your employer for a year.

Hi, please correct me. Do you mean I have to work for one year under the employer to obtain the 50 points? What's different with CEC if I have to have one year canadian experience?

1 - Yes, since you're working on a closed work permit you must work for your employer for a year before even thinking of claiming the points for a valid job offer.
2 - I don't know how to explain the difference between an immigration program and a valid job offer.
