FSW Invitation - FSW Related Questions

Hi there,

Can someone still receive invitation under FSW if she/he mistakenly ticked off "yes" to the job offer but "no LMIA supported" in the next question? Eventually, this is what happened to me and I didn't get any additional points for clicking yes to the job offer. (I misunderstood the question. I thought job offer refers to any job offer that I had - I have pgwp and work for a company who didn't apply/support LMIA for me) Do you need to have a valid job offer (the LMIA supported one) at the time of applying EE profile?

Also, as for proof of funds - I received an official letter from my bank #1 stating everything including how my fund has always been in the good standing the past 6 months (explained in writing that the fund has alwas been within the range.) Do I still need to provide the last 6 months of transaction records with the balance amount stated on the top? There are about 7 pages of transaction records in total (of what I've been spending for the past 6 months, and of course some deposits too.).

Lastly, I also have an account from another bank in which I have only a few dollars. I opend this bank as a back up..meaning when my company deposits a cheque into this account, I pretty much withdraw all the money in cash and deposit back into my main bank #1 where 99 percent of my financial funds are available. (I do this for my own convinience - I usually leave some cash for myself and deposit the rest into my main bank because that's where I focus saving money) Do I still need to provide an official letter from the Bank B too? I think I only have a few dollars here lol :( (but lots of money is in my first main bank :) )

P.S. My situation has changed a lot since the ITA. I've received an offical job offer from another company where they have received a positive LMIA. I just started working here while my open work permit is stil in effect. The company has applied a new work permit for me using this approved LMIA. Will this alter the financial information I need to provide to the government?

Please help me answer these questions.. ???

Perfectly fine. You will receive an invite under FSW or CEC. It isn't mandatory to have an LMIA supported job offer.

Also, as for proof of funds - I received an official letter from my bank #1 stating everything including how my fund has always been in the good standing the past 6 months (explained in writing that the fund has alwas been within the range.) CIC doesn't ask for bank statements. What you have will suffice.

Lastly, I also have an account from another bank in which I have only a few dollars. This won't be necessary.

This won't alter anything since you have already received the ITA.

Thanks Asivad Anac!

Sorry but just to clarify again - so just a copy of offical letter from my first bank would be sufficient? The requirement message says, "listing of all your bank..," so I'm quite concerned. My Bank B has almost no money but it does have trasaction records of my paycheques from my previous company going in out from the account. So my paystubs will have this Bank B's last 4 digit account number stated.. - Do I still just upload my main account information only?

Also, I don't understand what you meant by CIC doesn't requst for the bank statement. I guess I'm still caught up with this phrase from my financial requirement list:

•Your financial profile includes a listing of all your bank (chequing and savings) and investment accounts. The official letter must be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution and must include applicant’s name, the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and e-mail address), the account numbers, dates of when each account was opened and the balance of each account over the previous 6 months

**Does this mean the bank can just state this information in the official letter in one page or do they mean the transaction records with balances stated for the past 6 months?

And a brand new question - I also had to alter one of my past jobs' NOC codes to the correct one, as there were many other similar codes. I've changed this code in the Permanent Residency Profile right now since the system let me change. Do I need to provide an explanation letter for the change that has been made? If yes, how should I explain this in the right manner?

Sorry..I apologize for any repetitive questions, but I just need little bit more clarification.

Thank you again!
