Hi Everyone,
I am studying in Canada and my Master degree will be completed in April 2018. I am studying and living in Montreal. After degree my EE-CRS points will be 430 (based on Master degree from Canada and 3 years of field experience outside of Canada).
My questions is:
- So while filling the EE application, it asks for current residential address. I will enter my Montreal address. Now, as Quebec has its own immigration system, does it will create any prob for me? I mean my current residency in Quebec. Or it will be all fine ?
- I have a plan to move to Toronto after degree completion, should i put address other than Quebec only while filling EE app ?

Any insight will be appreciated.
Thank you,

1 - If you submit your e-APR while residing in Quebec you will receive a request to provide a letter of intent in which you must convince the processing officer of your intention to reside outside the province of Quebec. Failing to convince him/her will result in rejection.
2 - Huh?

Thank you for your reply. As i am in waiting queue to get ITA, thus posted this question.
After your reply my understanding is as follows:
- During filling Express entry application, it is fine even if i put my residential address of Quebec. There is no prb to get ITA as long as meeting CRS minimum score. However, later on during e-APR, i have to explain well in LOE, that i will be residing out of Quebec.
.
Relevant to above, my other question was/is:
- As i have a relative living in toronto, so to avoid any hustle later on (explaining Immi officer the intent to live outside of Quebec), do you think it is fine to provide toronto address as my residential address for filling EE-profile. Based on the fact, that in coming weeks/months i will be moving there, ultimately.

No, you shouldn't be lying as to where your permanent address is located. By all means use such address once you move to Toronto.
