Hi there,
I intended to apply for a PR visa through the FSW programme. On the CRS, from my calculations I will score 444 points at this moment in time, which is higher than some of the thresholds recently for an Invitation to Apply.
I have not started the application process in any manner. I intend to take my IELTS language tests soon. I was hoping to start the process as soon as I have these results, however I am applying without having a job offer therefore will require proof of funds which I will not have until around February.
My question is, can I begin the application process, submit IELTS language scores, have my qualifications assessed by WES, and submit this in an application, before I have the proof of funds and then just continually update my funds status as time goes on? Or do I need to wait until I have the funds before I can start the process?
Many thanks,
scot2canada.
