Hi there,

I intended to apply for a PR visa through the FSW programme. On the CRS, from my calculations I will score 444 points at this moment in time, which is higher than some of the thresholds recently for an Invitation to Apply.

I have not started the application process in any manner. I intend to take my IELTS language tests soon. I was hoping to start the process as soon as I have these results, however I am applying without having a job offer therefore will require proof of funds which I will not have until around February.

My question is, can I begin the application process, submit IELTS language scores, have my qualifications assessed by WES, and submit this in an application, before I have the proof of funds and then just continually update my funds status as time goes on? Or do I need to wait until I have the funds before I can start the process?

Many thanks,
scot2canada.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You are free to create your profile but you must have the POF when submitting your e-APR after receiving your ITA.

I see. The thing is, if I apply say next month, and I get an ITA in September, I will only have 90 days to apply and I may not have the funds within that timeframe.

Is there some feature within my profile that allows me to update my funds as they progress? Which essentially means that I won't be offered with an ITA until I have indicated in my profile I have the funds?

Thanks.

You will have 60 days to spot rule has changed since June 2018

Once your Accor the ITA and submit your application e-APR you will not be able to add anything and if you do not provide proof of funds your application will be refused and returned
