FSW Express entry - experience before the degree

Hi,

I`m currently working as a Software Engineer and I have experience in the same field since 2013. I have obtained my degree (Bachelor of science in IT) in year 2016. Can I still count the years which I have gained before my degree for the Federal skilled worker (Express Entry) program ?
