could someone please help me regarding settlement funds for EE FSW with common law.
Me and my girlfriend have lived in Canada for 20 months, and both worked jobs as servers (Noc C) for the first 10 months. We paid taxes, had the appropriate settlement funds when we first arrived, furnished an apartment, bought a car/insurance etc, so we no longer have the settlement funds.
We have been working Noc A for about 6 months, so still less than a year experience in canada technically because you cannot combine a C & A noc code to give a years experience. If we could, then we would be eligible for CEC.
Is there anyway around us proving we have 16$ settlement funds for EE, because we definitely wont have that.
