Under the condition below, if I get a certified job offer(PNP or such) as a manager without having more than a year experience yet the job is listed in NOC category B, A or 0 , will I get 600 points on my based points I earned from my previous skilled work experience? Or the job offer has to be related to electrical engineering in order to get 600 points?
1. I have a skilled work experience for 5 years in the last 10 years(Electrical engineer NOC: 22214) in my county.
2. I am applying with FSWP
3. I made my own profile and have got only 307 points
4. I have not been able to get a job related to my primary one in Canada, but I work as an office clerk
5. I hold an open work permit expiring within a year
6. I may be able to get promoted as an office manager and my company does not mind giving me a certified job offer(PNP or such)
