FSW /CEC

HI ALL,

After submitting my profile, I get 474 points and shows I am eligible for both FSW and CEC. . My profile includes me and my wife.

My question is can I reduce the Proof of funds amount in my EE profile and make sure I would be eligible only for CIC. Will this in any ways affect my permanent residency since there is a cap on CEC applications and I am not sure what is the cap now?

It really doesn't matter if you're eligible for both, you will receive an invitation for the CEC program.

Thank you Del. Is this a new change? I thought FSW was the default if we meet FSW and CEC requirements!
