Has any one in this Forum applied under the FSW category 3 to Buffalo and received any reply. I am really getting unease because Canada post confirmed the delivery of my application on Feb. 13 and my bank draft was cashed on March 4. It's April 13 and still no news from Buffalo. Anybody under this category to share experience?
