FSW Category 1 - No response from CIO

Hi All,

We sent our initial application forms to the CIO, Sydney over a month ago via courier. They were received and signed for.

Yet, 4 weeks in to the process we still have not heard anything.

Am I right in thinking we should receive a 120 day letter?

No it doesn't have to be one month to get response from the CIO some people in this forum have been waiting for two months and yet to recieve a response, for me my application was recieved at june 8 by the CIO and my money order has been cashed by them at july 2 and
of course still waiting.




It needs more patience

Currently the timing is 3+ months to get a response from Sydney

initially they took very less time to process application. but now with the increase in no. of applicants significantly, there is delay. don't worry, hopefully u will get a positive reply very soon.

You should expect a reply anytime after two weeks because this is what are currently taking.
