FSW - Buffalo (Ottawa) - In process - more than 1 year

Hi,

Its been more than 1 year since I last heard from CIC when they accepted my FSW application by providing UCI. On CIC the status of my application is still showing "In Process" and once you click on the link it shows message "We have received your application on <<date>>.

When I can expect call for my medicals?

Well, with the move of files from Buffalo to Ottawa it's a bit difficult to know for certain, but it would seem likely you'd hear something further by June 2013.

To be honest, don't plan on any date for your PR in Canada based on the FSW.... It seams that the time for getting Canadian immigration using FSW is almost done... I offer you to look into immigration using other options or immigration to European or Pacific countries... or colonial islands... or Singapore or south american countries
