FSW applications received after 1 July 2012, what CIC do with the application

Hi, I couriered my documents/FSW application for the new quota before the announcement on 29 June 2012.
The application would reach cic this week.
Does anyone know what will cic do with the application documents as all the original documentation is the pack.
Will they send it Back to me ?
Advise ?

I think, You will get it back. The overall cap was filled up in may 2012.

Has anyone else submitted their applications and how long before we receive our pack back?
Will they notify you that they will be sending the pack back?
