FSW application + same time can i apply work permit?

My wife applied FSW application (april 2010) it is processing.
category:1111,
Initial application ;April 2010
In process : June 2012

one of my friend in Alberta, he is arranging work permit for me. i willing to apply.


if, i apply work permit any problem on my FSW application?

Am i eligible to apply work permit same time?
