Hi all, I applied for PR under FSW last Oct. and got the letter from CIO last Dec. saying my application was recommended for further processing. I sent my full application to Buffalo on Jan. and I received my application back today. The reason why they return my application is that, on the background declaration form, I did not provide my personal history information during the period from 2007/04 to 2007/09. However, I did provide that information. In the first line of the form, I said from 2007/05 to 2010/10, I worked at xxx company; on the 2nd line of the form, I said from 2007/09 to 2009/10, I was doing my master at xxx university; on the 3rd line, I said from 2002/09 to 2007/04, I was doing my bachelor in xxx university. As you can see, I did provide the information for the period from 2007/05 to 2007/09. May be I can change the order of my 1st and 2nd line of the form to make it more easy to read.
So, I am going to re-submit my full application with a letter explaining the above and I will also include a new update-to-date background declaration form. Are there anything else I need to do?
Seriously man, I submit the same application to CIO and got approved. Is it just bad luck for me?
Thanks.
