I have been waiting for my PR application to complete from last 2.8 years. Two of my medical exams got expired and recently, I went for the third medical after receiving IMM 1017E request letter from IRCC.
I got married to a Canadian citizen last year in Oct and submitted my marriage documents to IRCC via webform. I did receive "Ready for Visa" email in Nov 2021. But VFS took more than 15 days to generate the payment link and my passport reached IRCC on 04/Dec/2021. My second medical was due for expire on 12/Jan/2022. I received a call from IRCC New Delhi office on 11/Dec/2021 to confirm if I will be able to land in Canada before my medical expired. I confirmed them very clearly that I will travel asap once I receive my Visa/COPR.
But didn't receive any update from them for the next 2 months and finally, they returned my passport on 25/Jan/2022 and asked to go for another medical.
My medical got updated as passed in my CIC account on 9/Feb/2022. And now again no update on my application.
I have tried raising webform and email. But, it seems like a black box. Tired and exhausted of waiting.
Please suggest if there is any way to reach out to IRCC.
