FSW 2014, immigration refusal

Dear all

I've received a letter of refusal from Singapore visa office. As per the letter it is written "Following an examination of your application, I'm not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the regulations for the reasons explained above. I'm therefore refusing your application. Your file is closed now and will not be reassessed. Further documentation will not be considered and further correspondence will not be acknowledged. Should you still be interested in immigration to Canada, you will need to submit a new application and pay the applicable processing fees."

I' m not clear about the reason for the refusal, please advise should I go for appeal and will it be helpful ?

Anyway, u also got DM but ecas shows two lines. Letter us yet to come.

In which category did you apply?how come they refuse your application without giving any reason?
